Cancellations & no-shows

Each provider sets their own cancellation rules. Bookd enforces a baseline:

• 24+ hours notice: deposit refundable unless provider states otherwise.
• Less than 24 hours: deposit may be retained.
• No-show: the appointment is charged in full at the provider’s discretion.
